Faculty: Why can’t I enter my students’ grades into Banner?

In order to enter grades online, you must be listed as an instructor with the Registrar’s Office. If you know you are listed as an instructor, please refer to the entering your grades online document by clicking here.

Common problems can be attributed to:

  • An outdated browser – We recommend using the Chrome web browser.
  • Grades have not yet been declared open through Registrar
  • You are not the primary instructor of a specific course. Contact the registrar if you believe this is a mistake.
  • The entry parameter which requires all grades be entered in one session for a single class
