Faculty and Students: How do I use Outlook on a web browser?

You can use Outlook to view your email on supported web browsers such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Firefox.

Follow the instructions below to use Outlook on a web browser:

1) Make sure that you have a supported web browser such as Chrome, Internet Explorer or Firefox installed on your computer.

2) Open the supported browser and go to mail.wcsu.edu orĀ http://wcsu.edu/email.

2) Sign-in with your university credentials. If you are a faculty or staff member, your username is your last name followed by the first initial of your first name with the extension “@wcsu.edu” at the end. For example if your last name is Smith and your first name is John, your email would most likely be smithj@wcsu.edu.

For students only: Your email will be in the format lastname000@wcsu.edu.

Keep in mind that your password expires every 60 days due to security policy. You can visit https://AKA.ms/ssprĀ to reset your password and regain access to your email.

If you have any questions in about your email or are unable to use Outlook, please contact the IT&I Service Desk at 203-837-8467 or RequestIT@wcsu.edu
