Faculty: How to Access Zoom via Desktop Client (Windows)

  1.  Go to Zoom client download portal:  https://zoom.us/download
  2.  Click “Download” under “Zoom client for meetings”:

3.  Run and install that client:

4. At the login screen, click the “Sign In” button:

5.  Now click Sign In with SSO:

6.  Enter “wcsu-edu” on the Sign In with SSO screen and click continue:

7.  Enter your full WCSU email address when prompted:

8.   Enter your current WCSU email password when prompted:

9.  If prompted to “Stay signed in”, you can click “no”:

10.  If prompted to Open Zoom Meetings or Launch Zoom, go ahead and click that:

11.  You will now be logged into the Zoom desktop client with your WCSU account:

NOTE:  If you receive an email from Zoom asking you to activate your WCSU Zoom account, please click the blue “Activate Account” button in that email.
