To help you meet your educational expenses, WCSU has partnered with TouchNet to offer you a low cost payment option. The cost to enroll in the TouchNet online payment plan is $45 per semester and there are no interest or finance charges. It is easy to enroll in the plan each semester and once you set up your plan, payments are made automatically. You must enroll in the payment plan for every semester that you want to use the payment plan to pay your semester charges.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TO ENROLL IN THE ONLINE PAYMENT PLAN:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wcsu.edu\/wolvesnet\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WolvesNet<\/a>\u00a0and login with your WestConn account if needed.<\/li>\n<li>Find the \u201cBilling\/Payments\u201d card (you can search for this card or navigate to the Billing &amp; Financial Aid tab to find it)<\/li>\n<li>Select\u00a0<strong>\u201cMake a Payment\u201d<\/strong>\n<ul type=\"A\">\n<li>To enroll in a payment plan, select\u00a0<strong>\u201cPayment Plans\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0from the\u00a0top\u00a0menu options or select the\u00a0<strong>\u201cEnroll in a Payment Plan\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0button on the student view homepage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>You will be prompted to select the term for which you are enrolling into the payment plan (Fall, Spring or Summer)<\/li>\n<li>The available plans will display. Review the plan details and then click the\u00a0<strong>\u201cSelect\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0button.<\/li>\n<li>The payment schedule will display listing the installment dates and payment amounts.<\/li>\n<li><strong>You will be prompted to pay the $45 enrollment fee and the payment method used to pay the $45 enrollment fee will be the payment method to pay each installment.\u00a0Payments will automatically be charged to the payment account on each installment due date.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The Payment Plan Agreement page will\u00a0display:<em>\u00a0Read and\u00a0if you agree to the terms and conditions, check the\u00a0 \u201c<strong>I Agree\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0box and then select\u00a0<strong>\u201cContinue\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li>Select\u00a0<strong>\u201cC<\/strong><strong>ontinue\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0as prompted to complete enrollment and to enter payment information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Please note the following:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Students with a\u00a0 past due balance are prevented from enrolling into\u00a0a payment plan, please\u00a0pay all past due balances prior to enrolling.<\/li>\n<li>The payment plan auto recalculates to account for\u00a0changes in\u00a0charges or financial aid. An email notification is sent when a recalculation occurs.<\/li>\n<li>Students\u00a0must go through the enrollment process for each semester that you want to use the payment plan to pay for your charges, the plan does not auto renew each semester.<\/li>\n<li>Enrollment is limited to\u00a0one payment plan each semester.<\/li>\n<li>Credit\/debit card payments are subject to a 3% \/ $3 minimum service fee. The convenience fee is a non-refundable fee.<\/li>\n<li>Late installment payments are subject to a $50 late payment fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Payment Methods:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Automatic bank payment using your checking or savings account<\/li>\n<li>Credit\/debit card (MasterCard, Discover, American Express, VISA)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*A $20 fee is charged for all returned payments.<\/p>\n<p>**Past Due Payment Plans are subject to a $50 enrollment fee.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>For more information, please contact the cashier&#8217;s office at (203)837-8381.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Western Connecticut State University realizes that managing the cost of education is a challenge for many families.
