For best results, we recommend using the Google Chrome browser to access the portal on a desktop or laptop; mobile devices are not recommended<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Sign in with your WCSU username and password (without<\/strong><\/em> @wcsu.edu at the end).<\/p>\n

Instructions for Uploading a Document<\/strong><\/p>\n

After signing in with your WCSU credentials, click Uploads<\/strong> on the left hand side to be directed to the Document Upload page.<\/p>\n

  1. Scan and save your documents individually to your computer or take a picture with your smart phone. This is completed outside of the Patient Portal using your scanner software or smart phone.\n

    • NOTE:<\/strong> iPhones and other Apple devices may save images as a .HEIC\/.HEIF file type by default. To change this setting, go to Settings > Camera > Formats >\u00a0<\/strong>and select\u00a0Most Compatible.\u00a0<\/strong>Now any photos taken should be uploadable.\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. If you are uploading multiple documents, scan\/take a picture of each document as a separate file. Make sure your name and Student ID # are on all documents.<\/li>\n
      2. Under Upload Documents<\/strong>, Click Select File<\/strong> under the type of document you wish to upload. Then, locate the file on your device.\"\"<\/li>\n
      3. Click the blue Upload<\/strong> button, or Change <\/strong>to select a different file. The document will be listed below under “Documents already on file” if uploaded successfully.\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        File Requirements:\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

        All images must be .gif<\/strong>, .png<\/strong>, .tiff<\/strong>, .jpg<\/strong>, .jpeg<\/strong>, or .pdf.<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Documents must be .txt<\/strong> or .pdf<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

        Be sure your file names do not include any special characters.<\/p>\n

        File must be smaller than 4 MB. Scan in black and white, or at a setting of 150 DPI to achieve a smaller file.<\/p>\n
