  4. \u00a0 \u00a0 Enter your PIN \u00a0followed by #<\/li>\n
  5. \u00a0 \u00a0 Follow the prompts to check your mail.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If you need to reset your PIN, go to the Cisco Self-Service portal are\u00a0http:\/\/phone.wcsu.edu\/ucmuser\/<\/a>\u00a0and login with your network login credentials.<\/p>\n
