Overview

BannerWeb (Self‑Service 8) has been retired as of February 15, 2026.

Most services previously accessed through MyBanner are now available in WolvesNet, powered by Ellucian Experience.

This article answers the most common question during the transition:

Where did My Personal Information go?

Go to My Personal Information in WolvesNet.

Where did View My Student Information  go?

Go to My Student Profile on the Student Resources card in WolvesNet.

Where do I see my registration status, holds, or add/drop classes?

Go to My Registration Info on the Student Resources card in WolvesNet.

Where did My Grades go?

Go to My Grades on the Student Resources card in WolvesNet.

Where is my unofficial transcript?

Go to My Transcript on the Student Resources card in WolvesNet.

Where did Degree Works go?

Degree Works is still available.
Go to Degree Progress in WolvesNet.

Where do I find my class schedule?

Go to the Class Schedule card in WolvesNet to view today’s schedule.  You can find more details by going to either My Registration Info or My Student Profile on the Student Resources card.

Where did Health Services go?

Go to My Health Services on the Student Resources card.

Where did EZPay / TouchNet go?

Go to Make a Payment on the Billing/Payments card in WolvesNet.

Where can I see my bill or account balance?

Go to the Balance Card in WolvesNet.

Where do I set up direct deposit for refunds?

Go to Direct Deposit Enrollment on the Billing/Payments card in WolvesNet.

Where is my 1098‑T tax form?

Go to 1098‑T Tax Notification on the Billing/Payments card in WolvesNet.

Where do I find tuition and fee information?

General Questions

Why doesn’t WolvesNet look like BannerWeb?

WolvesNet organizes features by task and role, not by menus.
Some cards contain multiple related links.

I don’t see something I used to have — why?

Access in WolvesNet is role‑based. You only see tools that apply to your role.  If you feel this is an error, please contact the WestConn IT Help Desk for assistance.

Is BannerWeb still available?

No. BannerWeb (Self‑Service 8) is officially retired as of February 15, 2026.

I still can’t find what I need — what should I do?

Start at WolvesNet, then contact the WestConn IT Help Desk for assistance.
