Students: Why can’t I register for classes online?

In order to register for classes online you:

  • Have to be an active student (active status means that a student has been deemed by the Registrar as eligible to enroll)
  • Have to be able to login to Banner Self-Service  (To login to Banner, use your WCSU User Account credentials)
  • Cannot have any holds on your account (holds can be a result of unfulfilled requirements in Health Service, Judiciary issues, or unpaid bills)
  • Need to register for classes within your designated time. You can determine your registration period by visiting “My Registration Status” on Banner Self-Service
  • Will also need a “Registration PIN” that is obtainable from your assigned academic advisor when you meet with him/her for advice on your course selections.

For more information, please visit the Center for Academic Advisement.
