How to Access Voicemail from Off-Campus

Off Campus (External voicemail access):

1.     Dial the main system number  – 203-837-9999
2.     Press * for Sign In
3.     Dial your 11 digit extension 1 203 837  xxxx followed by #
4.     Enter your PIN  followed by #
5.     Follow the prompts to check your mail.

If you need to reset your PIN, go to the Cisco Self-Service portal are http://phone.wcsu.edu/ucmuser/ and login with your network login credentials.
