How to Setup a New Webex Account

1. Go to web address:  https://wcsu.webex.com:


2.  Click “Sign up” on the top right:

3.  Provide your First and Last name, WCSU email address, include a checkmark in Webex Meetings Suite, and enter the green characters in the box as seen below.  Click Sign Up at the bottom.

4.  You will see the following message after signing up  Click on OK.

5.  Log into your WCSU email and look for a message from messenger@webex.com letting you know that the admin has approved your request for a webex account:

6.  Wait for a second email to come through with instructions on how to activate your webex account as mentioned in the above email that you received:

7.  After you Activate, go and set up your password, you will be able to log in to wcsu.webex.com.
