Verify Mobile Wifi Calling

IOS DEVICES:

1. Go to Settings, and then select Phone:

2.  Scroll down to Wi-Fi Calling under CALLS and make sure it is toggled to On:

NOTE:  If you do not see the wifi-calling option, you will need to contact your cellular carrier.

Android Devices:

1. Open the phone app and click the 3 dots in the top right

2.  Choose settings

3.  Under general choose calls

4.  Choose Wi-fi calling and ensure it is turned on
